This notification is intended to notify you of your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, and other communications. BestLoan4You does not represent communications, if any; you may receive directly from third party financing institutions.

Exercising this E-Consent, the third party lender may process your information and interact during all online interactions with you electronically. The notices related to your interactions and transactions with third party lenders may be sent to you electronically. Disclosures may be provided online, including by email, at one of the third party lenders’ websites.
Consenting to do Business Electronically and System Requirements
Before conducting business with the third party lender, please check whether you have adequate hardware and software capabilities. The following computer software and hardware are needed to access, obtain, or retain Disclosures electronically:
1. A PC or MAC compatible computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet, access to working e-mail account, and compatible browser software programs that supports at least 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Chrome® or Mozilla Firefox®.
2. A PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader X® to read some documents.
3. A printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer's disk drive, to retain a copy of the Disclosures for future reference.
Please contact the third party lender directly regarding the hardware and software requirements.
Withdrawing or Modification of Consent
BestLoan4You.com reserves the right to change, update, and/or modify these terms and conditions without notice, at our discretion. Your E-Consent for our connecting service and for our third party lenders’ consideration of your connecting request cannot be withdrawn because it is a one-time transaction. Its legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability will not be affected if you choose to withdraw this E-Consent. Upon connecting with one or more third party lenders, you may withdraw your E-Consent with any of those third party lenders at any time and at no charge to you. Please note, if you withdraw this E-Consent before obtaining a loan or other financing product, you may be prevented from receiving a loan or other financing products from the third party lender. If you wish to withdraw this E-consent for one reason or another, please contact the third party lender directly.
Change to Your Contact Information
Keep the third party lenders informed of any up-to-date change(s) in your electronic or mailing address. To update the information, you should log into the third party lender’s website or send the updated information by mail.
